How to apply for learner’s license in Faridabad, Haryana

You need to 18years or above to apply for
learner’s license.

Go to E-Disha Kendra present at Mini secretariat/District
Courts, Sec-12, Faridabad.
4. Once into the building, there are multiple counters that you need to go to for different stages of the process.

In the layout above, I’ve marked the counter
numbers in sequence in which these need to be visited. The actual counter
numbers are different are not aligned to
the process.
6.
At counter 1, collect the forms; pay Rs 25.
7.
Fill the forms, attach photographs (at least 3
required) and submit it at counter 2.
8.
Counter 2 – this is for payment of medical
checkup – Rs 150.
9.
Go to Counter 3 – the doctor present will sign
your medical fitness certificate.
10.
Go to counter 4 – this not an official counter. Go to any of the
shops outside. They will fill up the online form and give you a printout. He
will charge you 50 Rs. You can also do the same yourself by applying it on GOI website and take
printout of your application.
11.
Go to counter 5.
12.
Go to counter 6 – pay 50 Rs for DITP fees.
13.
Go to counter 7 – get your file signed by
officer.
14.
Go to counter 8 – you will be photographed and
digital signature taken.
15.
Go to Room number 110, first floor; block A for
test and lesson.
Things to keep in mind.
1.
The timings for these are Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 1:00
pm
2.
Bring your own pen, stapler, paste, original
documents and photocopies.
3.
Bring aadhar card if available as it is being
asked in almost all govt applications now.
4.
There is quite heavy crowd, chances of network
outage which will delay or halt your process. So it may take even multiple
visits to complete the process.
